Doctoral Scolarships
The INZIN Institute is looking for committed young scientists with a university degree who would like to apply for a doctoral scholarship for three years.
The complexity of structural change requires a long-term scientific approach. For this reason, dissertations and post-doctoral theses are prepared in the INZIN Institute’s doctoral programme, in which committed scholarship holders intensively examine the future of industrial society. What do the paths to a sustainable industrial society look like?
The INZIN Centre is researching the complexity of this structural change, particularly in the areas of “resource management“, “energy” and “logistics“. The aim is to develop science-based models and scenarios that show long-term perspectives for essential topics in various sectors.
The scholarships are financed by companies. The scholarship holders are given the opportunity to write their dissertations at the company locations. This also offers attractive career prospects.
The scholarship holders complete their doctorates and habilitations at the Chair of Resource and Energy Systems at the Technical University of Dortmund and are supervised by Prof Dr Martin Faulstich.
